The service operates as a productivity tool that helps users identify email conversations
that may require follow-up and allows users to manually trigger follow-up emails.
The service does not autonomously send emails.
All outgoing emails are explicitly initiated by the user
and sent using the user’s connected email account and provider or SMTP settings.
In short: We surface follow-ups — you decide if and when to send.
The service does not perform automated outreach, bulk messaging,
or campaign-based email sending.
Each email sent through the service requires a deliberate user action
and is treated as if sent directly from the user’s mailbox.
In short: No bots. No campaigns. No spam.
Users are solely responsible for the content, recipients,
timing, and consequences of any emails sent using the service.
The service does not review, approve, or validate email content
and does not guarantee deliverability, responses, or outcomes.
In short: You send it. You own it.
The service makes no guarantees regarding replies, conversions,
business outcomes, or accuracy of follow-up detection.
Follow-up indicators are informational only
and may be incomplete or inaccurate due to email provider behavior.
In short: This helps — it doesn’t promise results.
Users retain full ownership of their data at all times.
No ownership, licensing, or intellectual property rights
are transferred to the service provider.
In short: Your inbox remains yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law,
the service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental,
consequential, or business damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user
in the preceding twelve (12) months,
or zero if the service is provided free of charge.
In short: We cap risk so this tool can exist.
Access to the service may be suspended or terminated if required.
Termination may occur to comply with legal obligations,
email provider policies, or to prevent abuse or security risk.
In short: We protect the platform and its users.
These terms are governed by a defined legal framework.
